For the first time, like, ever, I have something of mine on someone elses page!
I did a piece for Nadja Femme for her website, and I'm excited to say that it's up now and looking faboo!
Check it out if you get the chance, and take a look around, if you wish to. Her site is pretty cool, but nowhere near as cool as she herself is.
In other colouring-related news, I"ve got a full-on Amazing Spider-Man page that I'm just finishing up that will be uploaded soon. I've only done the one page (and posted it) before, if you recall, the Batman/Superman one. I need to work more on that kind than the pinup style that I've rutted myself into.
to save those of you who haven't read this issue, I'm spoiler-proofing this entry. Don't say I don't do anything for you.
I am sooo relieved that it wasn't the Atom. My god, that would have been much more of a let down. I caught my breath when I found out it was Jean. What a complete psychopath! My god, to get her man back she kills another person!! Who benefits? yeah.. that line was spot on, eh? I have to say, I'm glad to find out that Capt. Boomerang was just a patsy, not an actual villain in this. Poor Batman though, imagine getting mind-wiped! Yikes. ANd that was mighty brave of him to be standing at his parents marked grave with the cowl down. I mean, holy crap Bruce, way to let people in on the secret identity! Oh well, whatever. I have to say the Epilogue made me cry. Seriously, by the last page, I was tearing up. It was good.
I have to say that IDC is now my favorite mini ever. seriously. Someone needs to give big, shiny gold plaques to Morales and Meltzer for that! It was great. Especially Green Arrow's inner monologue.
